Record Removal Coordination Service — a one-time paid service ($1,250.00) for users who wish to initiate the process of removing or delisting their personal information from publicly accessible databases. This is a coordination and referral service, not a legal or government process, and results are not guaranteed.
    

We do not access, query, or maintain direct connections with restricted or protected government systems, including but not limited to those operated by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), or U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

All checks are conducted using publicly available databases, open-source intelligence tools, and other legal data aggregation methods.

4. Accuracy and Limitations

No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements are offered under any circumstances, including non-receipt of alerts, false positives, or user dissatisfaction.

7. Data Handling and Privacy

AmIExposed.net collects only the information required to perform monitoring services, including name, address, date of birth, phone number, and email address. We do not collect Social Security numbers or any financial identification information.

All data is:

• Hosted on secure U.S. servers operated by Google Cloud services.
   
• Stored only while the customer maintains an active subscription, and permanently deleted after cancellation or upon written request.
   
• Never sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party, except as required by law or to comply with valid legal processes.
   

You consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data for the sole purpose of operating AmIExposed.net’s monitoring and alert systems.

8. Artificial Intelligence and Automation Disclosure
